14 Day The Living Well: 200 HR Yoga TTC, Essaouira, Morocco
With Emily Gilchirst, Guy Donahaye, Aimee Warren and David Keil
March 5 - June 14, 2027
The Living Well: 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, curated by Emily Gilchrist with support from Guy Donahaye and David Keil, is a comprehensive and immersive programme designed to explore yoga as both a personal practice and a way of living. The training moves beyond a purely physical understanding of yoga, encouraging participants to engage with its philosophical, historical, and embodied dimensions.
Rooted in traditional teachings and delivered through a contemporary, accessible approach, the programme provides a well-rounded foundation in key aspects of yoga, including movement (asana), breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and subtle body practices. Alongside practical training, participants are introduced to the underlying philosophy and principles of yoga, supporting a deeper understanding of its purpose and application in everyday life.
The course is designed to accommodate individuals with diverse intentions, whether they aim to become qualified yoga teachers or simply wish to deepen their personal practice. Emphasis is placed on creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment, where participants are encouraged to develop confidence, self-awareness, and authenticity in their practice and potential teaching.
Drawing on extensive teaching experience and therapeutic knowledge, the training adopts a holistic and heart-led approach. It aims not only to equip participants with the technical skills required to teach yoga, but also to foster personal growth and the ability to share yoga in a meaningful and grounded way within modern contexts.
This training is delivered in a hybrid immersive format, combining in-person intensives in Morocco with live online study:
